Like many San Clemente residents, my husband and I were attracted to the town for its charm, beautiful setting and sense of community. With almost 10 years of experience and one of the founding members of Distinctive Coast Properties, I'm proud to assist my buyers and sellers as a hometown San Clemente real estate agent with a strong marketing background.

My professional experience as a marketing executive for the food and beverage industry and as a public affairs expert makes helps me be an even better real estate agent. After experiencing both a real estate boom and downturn locally, I am experienced in helping clients determine the best strategy with their real estate investments despite current market conditions.

I offer clients a knack for marketing commercial and residential properties in ways that distinguish them from their competition. I think creatively about the features of each property, and how best to communicate them to potential buyers. Likewise, I listen to buyers to determine what they want and need in a property.

After graduating from UCLA, I have lived all over coastal California. My husband is a general contractor and we moved from Northern California to buy and sell fix-up properties and finally settled in North Beach. Knowing this was the community we wanted to raise a family in, we recently completed a full re-build of our home and our oldest son just started First Grade at Las Palmas Elementary.Being a successful real estate agent for 10 years says a lot about my experience and know-how in the forever changing Orange County Real Estate market.
