Currently I'm co-listing agent in Westin Park Subdivision in Locust Grove, Georgia. Our homes start in the $280's, and include many of the custom features of homes in higher price ranges. Westin Park is a covenant protected subdivision and at completion we will have 60 single family homes. Also, I have experience working in other new home communities in Henry and Spalding County and assisted with the set up of a new home community in Coweta County.
