It is Eileen’s objective to make each and every client completely satisfied with their real estate transaction, whether they are buying or selling.

Her professional associations include: Member National Association of REALTORS®, New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, Sussex County Board of REALTORS® and Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Over 20 years of diverse business experience. In July 2008 Eileen transferred to Gross & Jansen's Andover office.  In April 2012, Eileen returned to the Branchville office where she started her real estate career.

In May 2007, Eileen achieved the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation following her successful completion and receiving the e-PRO® designation. In October 2008 she successfully completed training for loan modifications, short sales, REOs and BPOs which is crucial in the current market. Then in October 2009, Eileen completed the Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist class, receiving the SFR designation. She is always striving to advance in her Real Estate career by continuing education.

Eileen has been married to John Dalmas for over 20 years. A resident of Sussex County for over 30 years, she has lived in Frankford Township since 2000. She is an active member of the North Jersey Chapter of American Sewing Guild (www.asg.org). She is also very involved with Kitties In-Need-Of Someone Special, Inc. (www.kiss.petfinder.com), a non-profit foster cat program and firm believer in TNR (Trap spay/neuter release) of feral cats. Eileen is an outdoors woman who enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and other outdoor activities.
