I have been a licensed real estate sales person since 2001 and a real estate broker since 2005.  I concentrate on residential real estate and REO management and disposition. After several years working with a Century 21 franchise, I started my brokerage, Eos Realty, in 2005.

I'm also a state licensed residential building contractor.  As a general contractor, I've built spec and custom homes as well as completing rehabilitation, remodeling, and addition work on existing homes.
