This has been a great time in real estate for those with experience that reaches back to the late 80's early 90's.  For these chosen few, this is a challenging market but not one that is brand new to them.  The market has changed and the only success an agent will have is by changing with the market.  As an instructor these changes are what I try to teach my real estate agent students.  As a real estate agent these changes have kept me in a great career with both past and new client, friends.
