My name is Kim Myers, owner of House To Home Realty in Matthews, NC. I have been blessed with a great business partner, Carol Averitte and a team of terrific brokers who believe in the importance of offering one on one assistance that we feel all of our buyers and sellers deserve. Myself and many of our agents all live in the immediate area and are very proud of the business and personal relationships that we have formed in our community and surrounding areas.
We offer our clients a warm, home-like office environment to drop by at any time to discuss their real estate needs or just say " Hello "! We have an agent on duty Monday thru Friday 9a.m. - 5:30p.m. and Saturdays 10a.m.-4p.m. to make sure that our clients and future clients always get to speak to a "live" person when they call our office for assistance! The evenings and Sundays are diverted to one of our agents making it possible for you to reach us any time.
I became a REALTOR in April of 2001 and since then it has become a major part of my life. My intentions were to take this job on part time but I soon found that a full time commitment was needed to provide my clients with the level of professionalism this business requires and my clients deserve. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Union County Association of Realtors and am licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina. I am exceedingly proud of our company as we strive to make your real estate experiences pleasant and something to look back on fondly! As a Broker / REALTOR, my personal goal is to take as many of the uncertainties out of the buying and selling process as possible.
