I have the best job in the world.  I get to meet people from all walks of life and impact them in a positive manner.  Finding residential properties is very fulfilling, but working in the commercial property industry stimulates my business mind.

My entrepreneurial self comes out when investors introduce new ideas.  Buying and selling properties can get monotonous.  Trying to find that difficult deal, Bulk REO's or Non-Performing Notes, stimulates and energizes me.
