Eric J. Gall, CBI, CM&AP, MBA is an experienced and credentialed Business Intermediary having participated in over $125M of successful mergers, acquisitions, business sales, joint ventures, roll-ups and spin-outs including over $13M in 2016. He has more than 20 years of experience in negotiating successful business transactions. His industry expertise includes automotive, transportation, medical, aviation, IT, licensing, merchandising, distribution and food services.

Eric worked as a Business Broker Associate for Florida Business Exchange from 2009 to 2014 consistently winning Business Broker of Florida awards for annual sales volume including the Number One Producer in Southwest Florida for 2014.

From 2006-2009, Eric founded and ran a private equity group with seven holdings in the automotive and transportation sectors.

From 1990 to 2006, Eric was an executive at Ford Motor Company. His responsibilities included: 1) Post merger integration of Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Mazda and Ford supported by commonality strategies for product platforms, system architectures, key commodities, processes, methods and tools which identified over $16B in savings; 2) Establishing global governance processes including committees, charters, meeting cadence, scorecards, disciplined problem solving and decision-making processes for Ford’s Product Development Group and Customer Service Division; and 3) Quality Manager for the 1996-97 Ford F-150/F-250/Expedition and Lincoln Navigator, the highest quality truck launches in Ford history.

Eric has been an active member in the International Business Brokers Association, Business Brokers of Florida, American Business Brokers Association (Best Practices Leader), PLAN!, LEAD, PCA and a speaker and contributing author for numerous local, national and international publications. His passions are Roy Hobbs Baseball and collecting baseball and University of Michigan football memorabilia. Eric holds BSE and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan.
