| I was very impressed with Dave Westall's professionalism. I have taken part in many real estate transactions, and this transaction using Dave Westall was one of the easiest and smoothest ever. I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent in the Lake Tahoe area. He also has extensive contacts with tradesmen who can deal with minor issues which may arise during inspection. Local regulations at Tahoe require inspections which may not exist in other areas of California, and Dave Westall know how to deal with the bureaucracies and get all the permits etc completed at minimum cost. This was the sale of a vacation property, and I was a great distance away and not on the scene. Dave Westall was able to deal with all the issues which arose competently and quickly. |

| Dave was highly engaged in our search for a Tahoe home, and did an excellent job of understanding our objectives, likes, and dislikes. His personality and approach are honest, straightforward, and enjoyable and quite frankly validated why we wanted to spend more time with "Tahoe people". | Dave recently helped us purchase our dream vacation home in Truckee! He was awesome for the entire time that we worked with him. In the beginning of this journey we didn't know exactly what we wanted and Dave was so willing and open to showing us everything we wanted to see. He helped steer us in a direction that eventually took us to our dream house. One of the many things we really appreciated about Dave is his extensive background in the housing industry. His knowledge about houses came in handy as we would tour different homes. Even though we were checking the listings regularly, Dave found our home the day that it went on the market. | I recently bought a house in Tahoe with Dave as my agent. I was very particular about what I wanted, and he understood that and didn't try to push me in another direction that might have been easier to work with. The house I found that I really liked was a short-sale, and the purchase ended up being a very lengthy process due to problems on the seller's side. There were a few times when I thought the deal was going to fall apart, but Dave worked with everyone involved to keep things together and moving forward. I got a great deal on a house that I love, and I'd be happy to work with him again. |

| Dave worked with us for almost 9 months. He is a pleasure to work with, quickly picked up on what was important to us and persevered when the sellers seemed to run into problems. We live in the bay area and he communicated by phone and email constantly keeping us informed on progress. He used DocuSign which enabled us to sign documents electronically and not worry about faxes or in person appearances. At the end he provided us with a disc incorporating pdf's of all documents. He's lived in Tahoe for many years so knows it well. He has a great network of service providers that all seem to work like him and he has been super helpful subsequent to closing. My wife and i highly recommend Dave. |

| From our first meetings with Dave, he focused on that we really wanted in a home. He asked great questions and helped us to narrow down our search. And as first-time homebuyers, he also spent lots of time answering all our questions and educating us on all the subtleties of buying a home. Of course Dave also has excellent knowledge and experience in North Lake Tahoe. Finally, when we chose a condo in Squaw but had to be in Europe for the entire month leading up to closing, Dave went incredibly far beyond the norm to make our purchase possible. Dave put loads of time into meetings, paperwork and inspections while we were traveling, and kept us completely up-to-date. Our purchase could not have been possible without Dave.
