Dave Stead has been one of the top Realtors in Central Massachusetts for many years.  He has a long record of successfully representing Buyers, sellers, builders and developers of Residential Real Estate.

He began his real estate career in 1992 as one of the first buyer agents in the area, and was soon among the top people in his company.  He moved to RE/MAX in 1995 and worked with some of the highest producers in the Metrowest area before moving to the Worcester office.

Dave is a graduate of St. John’s High School, Worcester State University, and studied at the Graduate School of Management at Clark University.  He continues to take classes and learn to better serve his clients.  In 2012 he was awarded the highest designation available in Residential Real Estate, the Certified Residential Specialist.  He was also awarded the Certified Negotiation Specialist, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representative designations.

Dave is committed to promoting professionalism in the industry.  He served as the 2014 President of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors.  He has been a member of the Association’s Professional Standards and Government affairs committees for many years.   He was named Realtor of the Year in 2010 and received the Distinguished Service Award in 2012.  He is currently serving as Central Region Vice President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

Dave received the RE/MAX Platinum Club award multiple times for outstanding production.  He was inducted to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2002 and received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012.  He has been consistently ranked within the top 1% of agents in Central Massachusetts for over a decade.

He has been interviewed by WBZ TV, WGMC TV, The Worcester Telegram, GOLOCAL Worcester, WTAG, NPR and other media outlets on a wide variety of Real Estate topics.  He has a passion for technology, and uses cutting edge tools to better serve his clients.  He has taught technology classes for other Realtors.

Dave has a strong reputation for providing exceptionally good service to his clients and works almost exclusively by personal referral from past clients and other industry professionals.
