I graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Management. I have lived in Bryan, College Station, San Antonio, Houston, and Austin, but since 2005 I have lived in New Braunfels. I remember coming up here with with my grandfather who retired in San Antonio and fell in love with it.
I am a licensed Texas REALTOR® serving clients in and around New Braunfels. I love my work, and take advising and representing my clients very seriously. This is my full-time job, not just a hobby. I am an Eagle Scout and follow the precepts of the Scout Law in my business. Prior to being a Real Estate Agent, I have been an Army Infantry Captain, Bank Manager, IT Project Manager, and lastly a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with Microsoft for 12 years.

| I am very happy with Mr.Speedie's service because since the first day we started my house search his service has been impeccable. I called him for the first time on a Sunday and he was almost done with his shift and he still was able to get the OK to get me in the house.After here he emailed me daily several homes with the details that I required and we got together to see these homes so I could make a decision,and also was very helpful with the application process . |

| I have been searching for investment properties in New Braunfels and San Antonio. David has access to both back-end listing services that cover these areas while some agents only have one or the other. He was also able to give me great advice. I haven't made a purchase yet, but when I do David will be my agent. |

| David has been the first realtor I have talked to in about 4 that actually took me out to look at land to build on with the proper paperwork and info to select the best property for us. I would definitely recommend him again and again to anyone that needs to buy land or a house. He has come to all the builder meetings with us as well to help us select a great builder.
