I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert.  In today's market, thats certainly a plus.  I have experience with short sales, foreclosures and retail sales.  I serve all of Lee County - Ft Myers (North, South and the Beach), Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres.

Today's market is changing on an almost daily basis.  I keep up on market trends locally and nationally as well as the financial markets, which affect us most of all.  I don't have all the answers nor will I pretend to, but I'll dig around 'til I have them!  My mission is to educate my clients/customers as fully as I can during the journey of buying and selling the center of their universe - their home.
