My expertise is in neighborhood & community planning. I got into real estate only recently and I am excited because I know the value of good quality neighborhoods and their relationship to maintaining higher property values. I am interested in learning as much as possible about the tricks to short sales and I wish to get into this with an investor. I need to find key bankers and mortgage lenders who can help me get into the groove and make this my niche because this is a direction I want to venture into now...I will pursue areas like Grandview and Clintonville, Galena and sunbury; and other hopping areas around campus towns. Not slum stuff. But artsy yuppy neighborhoods. I like new builds and older homes that are well maintained. I want my buyers to be happy the minute they sign the bottom line and i work dilligently for them. I am a very straight forward negotiator and do not mince words because I feel an investment should be making everyone money and no one has to cheat anyone. I am completely honest and thorough with each transaction and I learn something from each transaction that the next one gets the advantage of. I love working with people and have never had a challenge I was not able to meet because I am persistent. Sellers will get their money's worth if I list their home...I work for my commission! My way with people allows me to provide the information someone wants without being pushy but also be aggressive enough to get the information I need.
