As you could well imagine, with the market fluctuations some weeks we are very busy and hard to get on the phone, then there are other weeks that we may only have 2 or 3 inspections scheduled. While our clients and primary Realtors have our cell numbers, on those busy weeks, it may be a little difficult to hear a real live voice on the main line. We're investigating ways to remedy that. One of the ways could be to direct the callers to our web site, where they may utilize email and a scheduling applet that we're looking at.
When I say we/we're I'm refering to myself and my nephew. We're a small 2 person team and generally go out together on a job. We have recorded over 762 inspections in the field. My other nephew and brother are Appraiser's, but never seem to meet up in the field. I know what you are thinking, no we do not have a Realtor in the family :)
