| I first met Doug in 1977 during my divorce settlement, when I was buying out my ex husbands equity in our home. As a single mother, I was anxious about this purchase, was overwhelmed and did not know a thing about loans, mortgages or where to start with this process. His staff were very efficient and professional. Doug arranged for us to get the best jumbo loan possible and buy the house I now live in which has also been refinanced.
