I arrange showings on any properties you wish to view, including Fixer-uppers, "For Sale by Owners" and other Realtor's listings. You will be pre-approved before you shop so you know exactly what you can buy! I will represent you on a confidential basis, agreeing not to disclose anything about you to the seller except what is required by law. I will negotiate for you and obtain the best pricing and terms on your "Offer to Purchase". I will complete all the necessary paperwork, arrange inspections, and accompany you at the closing.

For a first time home buyers like us, he was excellent he set up a listing book account for us. Patiently arranged for all the shortlisted homes that we want to see. He has excellent knowledge of the neighborhoods, future plans, advantages and disadvantages for the subject properties. After few showings we were able to grasp his insightful analysis of the situation. He also has good contacts with some of the professionals, who may be required for services like Home inspection, Radon detection, Gutter installation.
