Paying attention to client requests is paramount, and adjusting to the changing wants and needs of a diverse clientele is what this business is all about. I am never to busy to answer the same question twice and I assume nothing. My job as the "expert" is taken very seriously. If I don't know the answer, I promptly tell them so and get the answer as quickly as possible.
I work heavily in the relocation market and have specific training in that area. Since I happen to be one myself, I also enjoy working with seniors as they discover the attributes of the Active Adult Communities in the area. Absolutely Love Listings!

My construction background has afforded me the skills to estimate the cost of repairs and renovations to client properties. This has proved usefull in making a home that would otherwise be overlooked into the home the buyer was trying to find. I have a broad base of contacts in the construction industry that can assist my clients if needed.
As an instructor at the Collin County Association of Realtors®, I have the pleasure of teaching new Realtors® how to navigate the MLS and use all of the software that comes with our system. Their enthusiasm and optimism is infectious.
