My name is Michael Demke and I have been working with and coaching Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers for the past 3 years on how to succeed in a very difficult market. Currently I am doing Marketing for AmeriFirst Financial and teaching CE classes for Real Estate Agents. I have worked as the VP of Marketing for 15 years for companies like DuPont and interfacing with executive level management from fortune 100 companies all over the country.
My goal is to help coach and teach advanced level sales using NLP techniques to the Real Estate and Lending community. I am currently finishing my MBA through Western Governors University with plans to graduate in May of 2013.
I am 48 years old with a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in Business, and I will be graduating with my MBA through Western Governors University in May 2013. I have over 15 years’ experience in upper level management sales, marketing, and training working for companies like DuPont, Keystone Enterprise Services and Edge Realty. I have managed and trained sales teams in upwards of 20 individuals, coached hundreds in advanced sales techniques on how to become top producers in their perspective markets, and have completed two years of advanced sales coaching that focused on Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). As a business coach under the Mike Ferry organization and in conjunction with specialized training from Matthew Ferry, I coached several hundred Real Estate agents on how to become top producers. As a short sale specialist and REO Agent I negotiated over 100 short sales in 2009-2010 using Trent Chapman’s Short Sale Genius program. In 2011 I was awarded top honors as a short sale negotiator in the country.
