Hi, my name is Debbie McCutcheon, most folks call me Deb (at least to my face anyway)!
Most real estate professionals tell you about how knowledgeable they are about market information, how many awards of distinction they have received and yes, we ALL believe we ARE THE BEST!
Instead, I would like to tell you a little about me… I am a devoted Mom to 3 amazing sons and my grandchildren are my “treasures.” I am confident, sometimes a prankster, energetic, a life time resident of Polk County, a loyal friend and someone who believes in making the most of every opportunity and that glass is always half full… hopefully with a nice Red Wine! I am a passionate realtor, a shoe fanatic, love the Florida Gators, can hold my own in a card game, think I’m better at billiards than I actually am, love to be on the water, count the days left before Spring Training begins and I always eat my steaks medium rare!
