As an accomplished graphic and web designer, Derrick observes the world through creative eyes, sensed nuances and appreciates both form and function. Derrick holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Masters in Public Administration.  As a program manager and grant administrator for the Government of the District of Columbia, his position required perseverance, tenacity and negotiation, and communication skills as he worked with a diverse, high-profile and diverse customer base.  As an educator, Derrick has been an elementary school teacher, work for the United States Department of Agriculture as an Instructional Systems Designer and Trainer, and subsequently the Department of Veteran Affairs as a Section Lead for a team of education and communications professionals. Today, as a real estate professional, he is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of discriminating clients. Derrick is able to exercise his superior organizational and observational skills while completing every property transaction with sensitivity to his clients' needs and goals.
