Luxury Lending, Corp. Our focus is primarily high net-worth clientele. I can offer Rates as low as Prime minus 1% for 5yr terms. Minimum loan amount of $1.5MM dollars and no max loan amount to 70% LTV without cross-collateralization, 100% or more with cross-collateralization or pledged assets. All 50 states serviced.
We are also actively seeking hotels for financing. Rates/terms are Prime + 1.25% 10yr Balloon, 25yr Amortization. 1pt cost to the fund. Minimum $2MM Loan Amount.
High dollar/high net-worth clientele. I've put in several years of effort to achieve the level of resources that I can bring to any high net-worth client or representing professional such as CPA or Attorney.
