I have an excellent relationship with all of my clients primarily because of my communication skills. I think most people appreciate consistent communication between them and their Realtor. I am also a Certified Negotiation Specialist. My favorite part of a transaction is the negotiation. It's during this phase of the transaction where I feel I really earn my fee.
I wouldn't say I have a specific area of expertise. I have been working with a lot of first time home buyers recently. I also have a relationship with a prolific REO listing agent out of my office, so I have a lot of experience with foreclosures as well.
After owning my own businesses for fifteen years, I have now entered the sixth year of my full time real estate career. I speak fluent Greek and pride myself on getting the deal done right.
