I am a talker, but a great listener, too.  I wouldn't have anything to talk about if I didn't listen first and stay up on the latest real estate industry news.  That's one of the things you learn in Toastmasters, how to listen.  Listening to my clients and others helps me to better serve them.  I was voted Toastmaster of the Year for the term 2006-2007 for my club.  People like me.  When I talk I try to be informative and helpful.  That is why I have a long extensive history in training as well.  I am not just a realtor, I am a Certified Professional Medical Services Manager.  That's another position that requires both listening, being informed and being able to communicate well enough to train.
