I love to work with people!!! It seems in the current market we are running into more and more people that need our help and our professionalism. I am grateful when I can help a family avoid foreclosure by helping them either work with the bank to do a loan modificaiton or negotiate with the bank to do a short sale. I have relationships with several banks while working successful short sale closes. I have experience with REO's and how the department runs. I try to make sure that I can do what I say when communicating with the banks. They are definately overloaded right now.
I am the mother of 5 boys!! I love being a mom. I am grateful that my career allows me the time needed to spend with them. They are all water polo players. So you can imagine the time spent at the pool.

I am a Short Sale specialist. I have closed several short sales successfully for all parties. I also do a lot of work with Home Owners who have gotten into trouble financially. I love to help Home Owners avoid foreclosure. I can help Home Owners do loan modifications with the bank so that they can restructure their loan to make it more affordable. I am currently working with several independant companies to do Loss Mitigation work and preforeclosures. I am also an experienced REO agent. I think you really need to be an organizer when doing REO's. We definately wear different hats these days.
