As a full time real estate Broker-Associate my job is to assist sellers and buyers in every aspect of home ownership. My philosophy is "put the client first". Establishing a relationship with my clients is very important to me. Every client has different needs and wants, especially if they are not familiar with the area. Touring an area first with my clients has proved to be very successful since it gives the client a chance to get to know the area as well as finding the right home. In my 24 years experience as a real estate professional my responsibilities include contract management and administration in accordance with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission rules and regulations. Reviewing contracts and working closely with attorneys, mortgage reps, house inspectors, title companies, etc. are a few of my daily activities. Preparing detailed marketing presentations for new clients is one of my strong qualifications. Accurate pricing of homes for sale is a critical part of a successful transaction together with constant follow-up. I develop and prepare custom brochures, flyers, and online descriptive ads for my clients. Updating and maintaining particular web sites featuring properties for sale is also a major part of my marketing strategy.
