| David was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to help me find my perfect place. He even negotiated the price down 10%. He was always available to answer any questions and was always available for showings. He really listened to what I wanted and needed and did such a fantastic job assisting me in finding my dream place in such a short amount of time. I would 100% use David again in the future. |

| I worked specifically with David Hulka on the 'Mister Rogers Homes Group' and I must say that it was just nothing but a pleasure. The knowledge and expertise was outstanding and I would always get calls that said "Hey, lets go check this house out", all with everything that I specified. He was always right on top of it, always followed through with everything and was always reliable. I suspect that this is nothing short of what to expect from this real estate group. | I contacted the mister roger team and was told that the agent David Hulka would help me no matter what. When it came time for me to obtain a lease for the house I wanted the service was excellent and David Hulka and the Mister Roger team didn't hesitate for one second to get me the house I wanted. I can't thank the team enough and I strongly recommend these agents. I truly thought the process would take longer but now we got the house and I am on the lease. They were willing to meet us at spur of the moment to look at properties. They were available outside normal business hours and even when David was out of town he would respond to e-mail and text inquires quickly.
