Pat Dalton has spent 19 years in the Fine Art Business as an accomplished Artist.  During his career his works were displayed in The White House, notable collectors include:   Kevin Costner, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Madonna and many others.  Pat Dalton has had sold out shows in Galleries in Santa Fe, Scottsdale, Atlanta, Chicago, and New York.

Eva Sanchez is from a long line of New Mexico builders.  Her grandfather Harold Gipson was a master builder for the US Navy after leaving the Navy he moved from Iowa to New Mexico with his high security clearances he did construction for the State's National Laboratories and built several multi-housing units in Albuquerque.   Eva's father Joe Sanchez has been a contractor for over 40yrs in New Mexico, so it's not a surprise that Eva would eventually end up as a licensed general contractor as well.
