I have almost 15 years of real estate experience in rural northeastern Washington and Idaho.  I live on the Pend Oreille River and am especially knowledgeable about waterfront properties - both Riverfront and Lake front homes and lots.

I have worked with new property owners introducing them to pllanners and contractors who can help them realize their dreams, starting with septics, wells, surveys, CCR's, building permits, etc.  Before coming to Pend Oreille County I had always lived in large cities, where the water came out of the faucet everytime you turned it on!  I had a lot to learn and have developed my own property from the ground up.  I have served on the Pend Oreille County Planning Commission for the past 12 years and assisted in the development of our County's Comprehensive Growth Management Plan.  I'm still learning, but am eager to share my skills with you, the NEXT resident of Pend Oreille County or Bonner County, Idaho.
