I'm originally from Boston, MA. Moved to Florida in 1990 for the lifestyle and weather and got my real estate license. I started my career in Broward county and ended up in Palm Beach County. Through continuing education I attained my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) a few years ago and now I have my SFR (short sale and foreclosure resource certification).
I see future home sales as mainly short sales and agents without the proper training are not giving their sellers the best representation possible. Patience and Perseverance are key in getting the job done!!!
