I am a very reliable realtor with a lot of care in the way I operate. I have customers who invite me to have thanksgiving dinner with them. I have a multitude od experience and expertise in the area of Real Estate. I have sold single family residences since 1971. In 1970 I was an entern with the California Board of Realtors spending the summer in a real estate office in Riverside, California. I have been employeed as a appraiser, a loan officer in both SFR's and Commercial and Investment properties, I was National Director of Claims for a major mortgage insurer, I was a regional loan underwriter for a major savings and loan. All through this career I have maintained a real estate license.
