Owner-Operator, John A De Graff is a Certified State Appraiser in North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
FHA Approved in North Carolina and New Jersey.
Mr. De Graff is a highly experienced Appraiser and has experience in appraising: single family homes up to 3 million+ dollars, homes ranging in age from the late 1700s to new construction, small income residential, multi-family as well as both incoming and outgoing relocation valuation and consulting, REO property, FHA, tax appeal and complex properties as well as appraisal review work.
With a combined experience in the Real Estate Industry as both a Real Estate Broker and Appraiser for a total of over 20+- years.
At De Graff Associates only State Certified Appraisers will be used to do your appraisal. We are Fha Approved and cover the full array of appraisals including FHA, Conventional, Drive-by, Multi-family as well as REO and Relocation.
