Get to Know Dee Murphy
My goal is to always make home buying and selling painless, fun and ultimately successful. I have lived in the DC Metropolitan area for over 15 years and I put this experience to use for my clients. I can help explain the pros and cons of different neighborhoods and provide realistic commuting estimates. I am excited about this area and everything it has to offer -- which makes my job a little easier. It is my objective to help clients find the perfect house to call home.
I was first licensed in Washington, D.C. in 2000 where I worked in multifamily real estate. Since moving to Coldwell Banker, residential work has been a fantastic fit for me. I have won various awards during my career including Coldwell Banker's prestigious Rookie of the Year for the Mid-Atlantic Region and NVAR Top Producer status. I am an Accredited Buyer's Agent, as well as a Certified Relocation Specialist. I thrive on negotiating the best terms for my clients so they feel lucky to have me. I am licensed in D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
When I am not out selling houses you can find me on my bike, running, renovating my house and reading all kinds of books.
