Several years prior to my becoming a licensed real estate agent I was a branch manager of a local mortgage company.  My knowledge of how the loan process works has proven an invaluable asset in assisting you in understanding both the real estate and mortgage ends of the transaction. For many years prior to my involvement in real estate I was involved in the home furniture and home decorating industry. The skills I bring from this background has also a invaluable in working with our sellers. Although my area of expertise is working as a buyers agent, I also work as a team with my husband who works primarily as a listing agent. I earned the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation and have been able to put that to use. There have been many instances in which were able to obtain higher prices for homes we sold because of our staging efforts.
