Managed the design, engineering, and planning (PUD) as well as sales/marketing of a 327-unit, multi-family community called the Gardens of Beachwalk. Oversaw the development and sales of Blue Water Coach Homes, a 56-unit/8-acre community; projected profits equate to $3–$5 million, selling all units within 12 months. Generated $6 million in profits on first condo conversion project; built 327 condominiums in four years. Successfully designed the Palazzo Del Sol, a 30-acre/325-unit (multi-family development), from due diligence, site planning, and floor plan design as well as determined standard and upgrade feature selections; also provided landscape design, sales center facilitation, and marketing/advertising materials.
