Dionne "Dee Dee" Harnish has been a resident of the Florida Keys since 1987.  Her education includes a Bachelors Degree from Florida International University in Human Resources and Business Management and an Associates in Arts Degree from Florida Keys Community College.  Dee Dee has been in the appraisal field since 2001 and in 2004, she obtained her certification from the State of Florida as a State-Certified Residential Appraiser.  Having completed over 1000 appraisals, her expertise is Key West and the Lower and Middle Keys markets, appraising single-family residences, condominiums, multi-family dwellings and vacant land.  Dee Dee works closely with clients to ensure the best customer service and a quality appraisal product.  Each year she attends numerous seminars and continuing education courses to keep abreast of appraisal guidelines, theory and trends.  She is a member of the Appraisal Institute, Key West Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  She sits on the local Board of Realtors MLS Committee and in 2008, Dee Dee co-founded Appraisers in Paradise.
