| Doug Dawson Helped me buy a home Very interesting experience. Doug was very knowledgeable and very quick to respond to any requests or situations which can arise when buying a new property. Mostly, we enjoyed this process which for us was unique since we bought a home that was government owned and this presented its own challenges. Because of this ownership, we were required to interface not only with the listing agent, but also with the government entity. The process of buying a Fannie Mae Home can differ greatly from purchasing a private seller home so we needed all the help we received. |

Doug was also very patient with us in our search for a home in the Forsyth area. With a lot of of looking by Doug and ourselves we finally found a place that we wanted to make an offer on. With Doug's sage advice we negotiated a deal with the sellers and now have a beautiful summer residence in Forsyth. Doug went out of his way to make the buying process smooth and seamless.I would strongly advise anyone looking for property in the Tanney county mo. area to contact Doug Dawson.
