All my business is referrals from past customers and alot of realtors and local banks in the area. With my 17 years in the business my knowledge of the business is extensive. I know how to mold the loan to the way the underwriters will approve a loan. Its like writing a book. You have a beginning , middle and end. The better you tell the story the more the underwriter will buy the book. I have currently in my data base over 4000 customers I have helped and advised over the years. We have also started A Credit Restoration program to help people clear their credit so they can qualify for a loan or even move up and qualify for a better rate and program. This new program will clear Collection ,Charge Offs, and even some Tax Liens and Bankruptcies This is very important now days with Lenders tightening up there standards and guidelines.
I do purchases of First Time Buyers as well as seasoned investors. All aspects of lending I have knowledge of. I can help the customer clear title problems,judgements,collections and more. We do all the conventional loans up to 97% financing including Homepath loans,FHA loans including the 203K rehab loan,Jumbo loans to over 3 million and many more.
