I am licensed in both DC and Maryland and work primarily within the beltway.  I specializing in residential real estate and am otherwise a generalist, choosing to have no one neighborhood, price range, or specific clientele.  I can don my heels and gold jewelry and work the carriage trade, or my mucklucks and sweats and climb through the window of a vacant shell. (Please, no 2nd story jobs).  I've worked every corner of the city and to a lesser degree Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. I've sold beginner condos from $25,000, up to The Ritz, houses of every description, and investment properties.

I'm a member of the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors, where I have attended the Leadership Training Institute and served on numerous committees.  Most recently, I chaired the committee which oversaw the re-write of the Regional Sales Contract currently used in DC and nearby MD, and VA. which was a three year process.  Needless to say I am familiar with every clause.  I  currently serve on the Professional Standards Committee reviewing ethics complaints and arbitrations pertaining to commission disputes between real estate companies.  I have learned a great deal about communication skills.   I've been on panels discussing various Real Estate matters before the DC Bar Association.  I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and aCertified Buyer Representative (CBR).  I am a member of the Association of Conflit Resolution and have taken mediation training which comes in handy when negotiating offers.  Finally, I take a avid interest in the stock market which keeps me aware of broader market trends and nuances.
