Education is the key to offering my clients the latest information regarding the local real estate market conditions, contracts used for all aspects of the transaction, current mortgage options and the lastest home staging advantages. I spend time every month attending classes to keep my skills up to date. I attend local Multiple Listing Service meetings weekly.
In addition to membership in the National Association of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS and the local dfwREALTORS association, I am an active member of the Women's Council of REALTORS, serving as the Dallas chapter's 2007 President. I am a 2005 graduate of the MetroTex Association of REALTORS Leadership program.
Since I share my life with two twenty somethings, I have first class tech support. My sons keep all my electronics functioning and prod me to explore the newest electronic communication tools.
I bought my first house while I was still in college. I have made minor and sometimes major renovations to all of my homes. In 1994 I picked a lot and worked with an architect to build the perfect house for my family. It was a six month production which I followed everyday. I lived in an historic home, a new home and a number of houses all ages in between. I have been selling real estate since 2001. I can find the next home for you and show you how to stage your existing home to make it someone else's perfect home.
I work with home buyers and sellers to realize their homeownership dreams. I am a full time REALTOR with experience in all aspects of residential real estate.
