As a Realtor I wear many hats.  I am a Property Manager, a Certified Short Sale Professional, a Buyer's Agent, a Seller's Agent and an Investment Specialist.  Although I specialize in the Avalon Park, Orlando FL area because this is where I live as well and I am considered one of the best in this neighborhood;  I also manage, help buy and sell properties throughout Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Volusia counties.  I have been in real estate since 1993 as an assistant in the commercial real estate industry starting out if Norfolk, Virginia.  Slowly I found my way to Orlando by way of Atlanta as a commercial property manager for the larger commercial real estate firms such as CB Richard Ellis and RREEF Management.  My husband and I started investing in residential properties so I thought why not work in the area I am investing in myself.  So I switched to residential management and sales.  I am considered an expert in not only Avalon Park, but throughout Central Florida. 

I pride myself in not just selling or managing a home, I spend a lot of time getting to know my tenants, my buyer's my seller and my property owners and my investors.  I want to understand a person's goals to do my best to help them realize those goals.  I go above and beyond always and under promise but over deliver.  

I put God and my family first and my Real Estate career is a very close 2nd so I am very passionate about giving the best that I can always.  I love what I do and I am here for the long haul even as this industry goes up and it goes down.

I challenge myself to give a little bit more than I gave yesterday because in the end, it all works out just the way it's supposed to with a lot of faith, courage and a full tank of gas as I hit the roads to see whose dreams I can make come true next.
