As a child, I was a world traveler - I couldn't help it.  My father was a navigator in the US Air Force.  We lived as far east & south as Florida, as far north as Alaska, and as far west as the Ryuku Islands & Japan!  It seems once I put down roots, aside from moving from one Phoenix suburb to another, I was glad to call Arizona my home.  I suppose you could say I am nearly a native.  I attended all three universities & continue to take classes through our renowned community college system.  I was a teacher & counselor for over 30 years.  Today, I enjoy working in real estate with my husband, Al, who was also a world traveler in his previous career, Naval Criminal Investigative Service!  Now, that's a mouth full.  We are golfers and down hill skiiers.  We enjoy our grandkids (4 & one on the way) - fortunately, they all live close to us.  We have many friends throughout the world, but our Foothills buddies are the real treat!  Our house is a money pit, but we love it & we especially love that we live on The Foothills Golf Course.

We still enjoy traveling - we just like coming home ... because, there's no place like home ...
