An outside organization is responsible for reviewing the customer satisfaction surveys that evaluates the level of customer service. We are certainly very humbled and proud to have been selected to recieved this award by the people we served in the real estate business in 2007 and 2008.
I specialize in FSBO (for sale by owners).I love to get out and talk to people and educate them about the market and how its doing. Its very interesting to talk to people and see what they think the market is doing. Alot of home owners just hear bits and pieces about it in the news and really do not understand the market as a whole. I like to meet different people all the time, it seems like I make alot of friends in this business, along with alot of new clients as well. As we said we like to focus on the FSBO's and help them get their house on the market and get it sold for them. Its always nice to try to sell your own home, but in the buyers market we have now, there is alot of competition and if your home is not priced and advertised properly, there are to many other homes to pick from and your buyer will go elsewhere. You need to hire a professional who specializes in marketing. I bring lots of knowledge and experience to the table. I work with alot of buyers as well as listings.
