| We can't recommend this agent enough! We had nearly given up on finding a home to raise our young family within our target price range when we found David. As first time home buyers the entire process was alien to us, and the agent we had before David was nothing short of a nightmarish experience. | My husband and I were settled on the area/subdivision where we wanted to buy. After a scheduled showing, we drove around the area and spotted a house that was apparently close to finalizing in a short sale. David called the listing realtor, arranged an immediate showing. David's persuasiveness to seller and his realtor to accept our full cash offer put us into first position and pushing us into a 15-day closing. |
