I'm David Montgomery, a full time Realtor in the Oakland County area, and principal broker at MULAMONT REALTY, LLC. I am a member of the North Oakland County (Michigan) Board of Realtors (NOCBOR), Michigan Realtors (MR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). My direct experience includes the listing of REO properties, first time home buyers, HUD, VA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac REO property sales. I work with private home sellers, buyers, and investors. As well, I have earned a Master of Science degree in Finance from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration, Troy Michigan.
I also hold a Notary Public Commission from the State of Michigan.
