Certifications
It's fair to say that most real estate brokers deal with homes that are inside a city or town. Get outside the city limits and it's a whole new game. I have extensive experience listing and selling mountain property. Be it new Construction, land or existing homes, I've been there, done that. Several times over. And I have an extensive knowledge of the land use regulations like required set backs, use by right, well permits, septic permits and the list goes on.
My other specialty is assisting owners who find themselves facing foreclosure. I find there are many folks, some licensed & some not, that are offering bad advice. If you find yourself in this unfortunate circumstance, now is the time to act. Make no mistake, foreclosure is an industry in Colorado. I won't buy your house, I can't promise to work wonders with your lend, but I can give a list of options and how to work them. Note, I do not list properties for banks or their asset management companies.
Another service we provide our clients that you won't see many brokers doing is Property Management. We place and screening tenants, conduct routine and emergency maintenance and collect rents all for a negotiated percent of rents received. No tenant, no management commission paid and we don't have mark-ups on venders, showing fees, renewal fees, or other hidden profit centers. Straight forward and honest.
