I'm San Diego's Executive Realtor, born and raised in this beautiful city where the sun and ocean breeze make the perfect day. I know lending, I know technology, and I know Real Estate through recent experience and education. When most REALTORS are getting out of the business, I am moving full speed into the New Year 2010. My production in 2009 was great and most importantly I experienced first hand how to work the business from broker/owners and top agents Lyle and Grace Caddell. Combined with my passion for technology, I created a business system which allows me to focus more time on my clients. I'm fired up about all the real estate opportunities coming to the market in 2010 along with government programs designed to assist homeowners in distress. My Life in San Diego

I started my early child hood in National City and finished in Lemon Grove where I graduated from Helix High School and thereafter decided to pursue a career in real estate and technology.

Starting a real estate career requires an investment which I didn't have after high school, so I applied for the City of Coronado Geographic Information Systems Department where we mapped out the entire city with important data that needed to be interpreted faster through technology. During my time working as a GIS tech, I persistently pursued my career in real estate. I earned enough to start my courses for a California Real Estate license and decided to leave the City of Coronado to intern with a local real estate office in East Lake Chula Vista.

There at the Eastlake real estate office, I began as administrative assistant and rapidly climbed to office manager. The office started with 16 employees and went down to two people; the owner and I. During the year I worked there, I experienced real estate first hand learning enough to pass the California Real Estate Exam and finish all required courses to get my license. Once I received my license I became a loan officer for about a year to learn the different types of loan programs and lending resources. Within a few months I understood the lending side of real estate and exceled forward to become a full time real estate agent in San Diego.

I joined Realty Executives All Area in Rancho San Diego CA. In 2009 two of the top agents in California, Lyle and Grace Caddell, decided to take their 15 years of service in San Diego and open a Real Estate Company during the economic downturn. I met with Lyle and Grace just before they made the transition to broker/owners and became one of their buyer agents. We started the company in January with three REALTORS including myself. I'm writing this bio now in December 2009 and we have grown to 23 agents and growing at a rapid pace. The reason for such a fast growth is due to the genius and determination both Lyle and Grace inspire in all of us. I truly can say I found an office to call home and ultimatley serve the people of San Diego with true real estate service.
