| I had the opportunity to work with Dave Caskey in a recent home purchase and it was wonderful. Dave was very responsive, made sure someone was in touch with me when he was out of town and when we found the house, he made sure we got it. Dave either arranged or put me in touch with home inspection, termite, designers, contractors and more. He was willing to answer my questions about things not really relevant to the sale and responded promptly when doing so. Great experience all around and would use him again |

| Dave has helped us sell a house in a down-market and buy a house in an up-market. And in between, he has notified us of many houses which he thought might be of interest to us. | I almost feel I am not doing my duty by writing a review and not covering anything negative...but, in all honesty, there is nothing negative to say here. Dave Caskey and his team (Deanna Whipp is a miracle worker) are professionals through and through. I had already moved away and they took care of EVERYTHING that needed doing so I rarely even had to take a trip down to the house. They made some upgrades that pleased both me and the buyers and I was able to get a great price for my condo thanks to this wonderful team! Five stars in every aspect! |

| I met Dave years before I actually decided to list this property. He came out to help me determine a rental price per unit. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. Ten years later, when I decided to list the building, he was my only choice. In the intervening years, I had been approached by many, many realtors, but none were as professional and seemed to know the area as well as Dave and his team. Ultimately, the property went for 30.5% over asking with multiple bids. This was a unique, but high interest property. Dave got it to the handful of buyers that might be interested and generated multiple offers. Through the escrow process, he was diligent in following up and working with my tenants and myself. He made the process as painless as possible. I would use Dave and Caskey and Caskey for any beach city sales. He knows the area through and through. |

| Dave has the ability to come up w/ solutions when a listing isn't getting the necessary activity. He's willing to devote his resources when other agents weren't willing to promote exsposure for his listings. Because of this, he is able to move product in a timely fashion even when there are obstacles occur. I would not hesitate to recommend him especially in the high end market. |

| We selected Dave after interviewing several brokers. Our goal was to sell our home in the Redondo Beach neighborhood and move to nearby Manhattan Beach, so we required someone who had knowledge of both cities. We also selected Dave based on his marketing ability. At his expense, he brought in a fantastic home staging team to maximize our home's selling points. Our home was supported with a beautiful color 1/2 page ad in the Beach Reporter, a full address website with detailed, professional photos, and a staff team who took care of every detail. As a result, our home sold in less than 1 week, with multiple offers well above the asking price - far outpacing the neighborhood comps.
