BACKGROUND: Dave, like many others, left suburban Chicago in 1979 and moved to Summit County. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Tech University and has worked as an engineer, salesman, manager, entrepreneur, and real estate broker.
INTERESTS: Skiing is still a big interest and he spent 24 summers teaching dog obedience classes. Very active in preservation of open space. 2002-2011 was President of the Continental Divide Land Trust.

Certifications
While 2/3's of the homes in Summit County are owned by second home owners, I also work with primary homeowners and enjoy working with first time buyers. I have also done a significant amount of commercial real estate sales.
