I am a New York State Certified Residential R. E. Appraiser. I have been appraising real estate in the New York, NY, metro area on a full time basis since 1972. I have been sole proprietor of my own appraisal company since 1985. My clients include banks, mortgage bankers, attorneys, and individuals. I have qualified as an expert witness in New York State Supreme Court (Nassau County). All appraisal work is performed personally by me, assuring a high level of quality control.
My field of concentration is the appraisal of 1 to 4 family dwellings in the New York, NY, metro area. I have appraised properties ranging from $100,000.00, to multi million dollar homes. All types of single family properties are within my field of specialization. In addition to appraising for mortgage lending purposes, I have performed numerous appraisals for attorneys dealing with matrimonial and estate valuations.
