I have been in Real Estate since 1989, am a Broker, a certified residential specialist (CRS), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and an E-pro500 Internet specialist. I have been in the business long enough to have gone through all types of markets several times. I love a tough market because I can really bring my expertise and years of experience in to play to get the job done.
I believe in giving back to the community and have served as Novato's Chamber of Commerce President, served on boards of the Chamber and have also served as Chairperson of the City Birthday Party.etc. I am currently serving as vice-president of the DNBA (Downtown Novato Business Association). I, also, co-host a local cable TV show called the Grant Avenue TV show - a show that highlights businesses and things that happen around Novato.
I serve as a member of the ALC (agent leadership council) of Keller Williams Realty Marin, am part-owner in the Marin office and serve as Director of the education committee.
I specialize in listing residential real estate being full service - I stage and prepare properties for sale and make sure the home's look is maximized for the quickest and most profitable sale for the seller. I also work with buyers and take the time to listen and search out the best home for them. I have new client folders that include a great deal of information about the areas people are looking in and provide a great deal of information for clients who are relocating.
